We coach the art of boxing, using a modern, technique-focused approach that builds skill and confidence from day one. Our training environment is inclusive, supportive, and professional — a place where everyone can enjoy learning at their own pace. Every session is designed to be both challenging and enjoyable, helping you make steady progress while feeling comfortable and encouraged. Boxing makes exercising fun and is a no-nonsense way to look after yourself. In only a few sessions, you will be able to 'Float like a Butterfly' and punch an adversary hard in the face!

FUNDAMENTALS OF BOXING
Learn the Fundamentals of Boxing in a supportive environment and build your skills quickly. Our one-to-one program consists of six one-hour sessions, which you can schedule at your own convenience. It is designed to get you fitter, faster, and more confident while mastering all the basics of boxing. Together, we’ll sharpen your technique and help you knock out your fitness goals!
