Adaptive & Senior Boxing Training
My adaptive boxing sessions are designed for older adults and individuals living with progressive, neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s. Using a safe, technique-focused approach, I tailor each session to support coordination, balance, strength, and overall well-being. Training is conducted in an inclusive and encouraging environment, with exercises adapted to your abilities so you can enjoy the many physical and mental benefits of boxing at your own pace.
