Beginner Group Boxing Classes in Baltimore

Our group boxing classes are designed to be fun, high-energy, and welcoming for anyone ready to try something new. You’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing while building fitness and confidence in a safe and supportive group setting. Whether your aim is to get fitter, relieve stress, or simply enjoy learning a new skill, these classes are a great place to start.

What to Expect

Each session includes a mix of boxing technique, footwork, pad work, and conditioning drills, all tailored for beginners. The class is inclusive and encouraging, ensuring you feel comfortable whether it’s your first time in gloves or you’ve done other training before. Every week, we build on previous lessons so you see steady improvement.

What to Bring

Just bring comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle — I’ll provide gloves, pads, and all the equipment needed. Classes are structured to be challenging yet accessible, ensuring you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and motivated to return.

Classes are held every Wednesday evening from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 410 Fitness in Hampden, Baltimore. Pricing is $25 per class, or $20 for 410 Fitness members. Spaces are limited, so booking ahead is recommended. If you’d like to join us, please reach out to reserve your spot.
