What to Expect
Across six 60‑minute sessions, we’ll cover the core building blocks of boxing: stance and guard, the punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), defense, footwork patterns, partner drills, heavy‑bag work, and shadowboxing. Each week adds a new layer, reinforcing good habits while improving fitness, coordination, and timing. The pace is structured yet encouraging, so you’ll see steady progress without feeling rushed.
What to Bring
Just wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring a water bottle. I provide the gloves, pads, and all training equipment, so there’s nothing to purchase in advance. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first session so we can run through goals and make sure you’re set for a great start.

Our six-week group course is $150 and meets at 410 Fitness in Hampden, Baltimore. This beginner-friendly program introduces you to the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive, structured environment.
