Adaptive & Senior Boxing Training in Baltimore

My adaptive boxing sessions are designed for older adults and individuals living with progressive, neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s. Using a safe, inclusive, and technique-based approach, these lessons focus on building strength, balance, coordination, and confidence at a pace that works for you. Every session is welcoming, supportive, and adapted to your individual needs.

What to Expect

You’ll receive personalised coaching that blends boxing fundamentals with functional exercise. Each workout is designed to improve mobility, stamina, and overall well-being, while keeping movements safe and accessible. The goal is not only to build fitness but also to enhance confidence and quality of life through engaging, enjoyable training.
