FUNDAMENTALS OF BOXING

Learn the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive environment and build your skills quickly. Our Fundamentals of Boxing program (six private, 1-hour sessions) is designed to get you fitter, faster, and more confident while mastering the basics. Together, we’ll sharpen your technique and help you knock out your fitness goals!
You will learn how to train like a boxer - moving smoothly, creating angles, defending shots, and landing your own combinations. You will learn about ring craft and tactics that will elevate your game, providing you with a solid framework to help develop your skills.
All equipment is provided and the price of the six session course is $480. After purchase, you will receive a code by email, enabling you to schedule your sessions at your convenience.
