What to Expect
You can expect a structured, technique-based approach that builds strong foundations before advancing to more challenging skills. Every session is designed to be enjoyable, motivating, and highly effective — blending boxing fundamentals with conditioning and functional training. My goal is to help you build strength, coordination, and stamina while keeping you comfortable and supported.

What to Bring
All you need to bring is comfortable exercise clothing and a water bottle. I’ll provide everything else — gloves, pads, and training equipment. Each session is planned to ensure you learn safely, build confidence, and enjoy every step of the process without the need for full-contact sparring.

Private sessions are held at 410 Fitness in Hampden, Baltimore on weekdays between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. Pricing is $90 per hour, or $480 for six sessions. If you try the package and don’t enjoy the first class, you’ll only pay for that single session.
